Yangarra Park Winery

Yangarra Estate Vineyard is nestled below the Mount Lofty Ranges that surround the famous McLaren Vale wine region. Bordered by the pristine Gulf of St. Vincent and these ranges, McLaren Vale is well known for its fantastic warm climate and varied soils, producing some of Australia's most famous wines.

Yangarra Estate consists of 240 acres of vines; the remainder of the property (180 acres) is natural vegetation, pastures, waterways and dams. It is one of the most beautiful properties to be found in the region.

Our winemaker, Peter Fraser, was a recent finalist in the 2003 Australian Wine Society Young Winemaker of the Year competition. He has one more year of being young to qualify for this award!
