Great structure yet subtle / soft on the palate. Will be more structured in 8 - 10 years.

From the initial sniff, I knew this was going to be good. This wine was not a harsh Shiraz, but a lovely balance between a subtle spicyness and a warm, and again, subtle fruityness - an all round beaut!
