Founded by partners Ryan Walsh and Freya Hohnen, the winery emphasizes small-batch, low-intervention winemaking techniques to produce expressive and youthful wines. Their approach focuses on traditional methods in the vineyard and minimal intervention in the winery, aiming to create wines that are fun and different from mainstream offerings.
