Overview
All of Sunstone's wines are handcrafted in small lots, and are moved gently and minimally processed, with constant sensory evaluation of aromas and flavors along the way. Red grapes are de-stemmed and gently crushed before being placed in small open-top fermentors, where they are continually punched down three to four times daily for the best extraction.
