Sokol Blosser Evolution 
Riesling, Pinot Gris, Muller Thurgau, Sémillon, Gewürztraminer, Muscat, Pinot Blanc, Sylvaner, Chardonnay 
2004This wine is very unusual. It is hard to imagine a wine with a blend of 9 grapes. It is a light and very fruity with a hint of sweetness.
