Snake + Herring is a Western Australian winery founded in 2011 by Redmond "Herring" Sweeny and Tony "Snake" Davis. The duo embarked on a journey to create wines that showcase the diverse terroirs of Western Australia. They source fruit from premium viticultural sites across the state, emphasizing minimal intervention winemaking techniques such as hand-picking and natural fermentation. This approach allows each wine to express the unique characteristics of its origin.

The winery is known for naming its wines after songs significant to the founders, reflecting their passion for music. Notable examples include the 'Dirty Boots' Cabernet Sauvignon and 'Perfect Day' Sauvignon Blanc Semillon. Snake + Herring has received recognition in the Halliday Wine Companion and has expanded its ventures to include the Yarri Restaurant + Bar in Dunsborough, offering a culinary experience that complements their wines.
