Ransom Wines & Spirits

Bonded in 1997, Ransom Cellars is a one man, artisinal distillery and winery producing Aquavitae, Grappa and Wine, in Oregon. Owned and operated by Tad Seestedt, a winemaker and distiller, Ransom is commited to producing beverages of the highest quality.

All products are under control of the distillery from the start to finish. Particular attention is focused on ferments and the quality of wine distilled. Specific yeasts and modern fermentation techniques are used to make the best possible wines for the table or to be used as the base for distillation.
