Knotting Hill Estate

Knotting Hill Estate is a family-owned and operated winery located in Wilyabrup, Western Australia. Established in 1997 by Michael Gould and his father Brian, the estate was developed from scratch, including planting and training the vines, constructing the cellar door, and creating a 5.5-hectare lake. The Gould family's dedication is evident in their hands-on approach, with Michael, his wife Sondra, and their three children residing on the property. The winery offers a range of wines, including Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, Verdelho, Cabernet, Shiraz, Merlot, and Cabernet Merlot. Visitors can enjoy wine tastings accompanied by tapas-style dishes and platters of cheeses and meats.
