Pretty good with pork loin. Some tannins and oak. A little peppery.

Rich pink coloured and robust rose.
Aroma and flavour of fresh cherry is nicely supported by a vanilla and spice undercurrent. Leaves an appealing sweet-sour tang on the tongue. It's a full-tasting but easy to drink rose, ideal for a summer barbeque where it will hold its own alongside the grilled food.

Difficult to drink at first. Red-hots candies. After an hour or so of breathing, softened some and had vanilla.

This wine a nice purple red color with aromas of fresh fruits, violets, blackberries and spices. The flavors are rich with blackberry, plum and spice with hints of coffee and oak.

Distinct ripe fruity aroma. This may be due to the greater than average amount of sediment left in this shiraz. It has great character with a lingering fruity finish that forces you to indulge in another taste. Great wine!
