High Pass is the definition of handcrafted. Being a small volume producer by choice, winemaker Dieter Boehm is personally involved in all aspects of vineyard and winery operations. Whether it is propagating new vineyard starts, planting, pruning, the harvest, crush, fermentation, aging or bottling, Dieter has a hands-on involvement, ensuring that each and every step meets his exacting standards.
