Currently producing Chenin Blanc, White Zinfindel, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. Merlot is from the Greenfield 2004 harvest. Next year\'s selection will include this year\'s harvest and consist of Merlot, Shiraz, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat. Winery\'s grand opening is Sep 24, 2005.
