Dillions Vineyard

Dillions Vineyard, established in 2019 by husband and wife David and Lisa Trott, is situated in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in West Sussex. The vineyard spans 25 acres and is bordered by ancient woodland and National Trust property, emphasizing a commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainability. Dillions Vineyard has achieved certification under the Sustainable Wines of Great Britain scheme, reflecting their dedication to preserving the land for future generations.

The vineyard cultivates grape varieties such as Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and Bacchus, all well-suited to the High Weald terroir characterized by silty loam and hard sandstone. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to their winery partner, Defined Wines in Kent, for pressing, blending, and bottling. Dillions Vineyard produces award-winning still wines, including Bacchus and Pinot Rosé, and offers guided tours and tastings to share their passion for winemaking with visitors.
