Deep Woods Estate, established in 1987 in the Margaret River region of Western Australia, is one of the area’s most awarded and highly regarded wineries. Originally named after a popular comic location by its founders, the winery was acquired by the Fogarty family in 2005 and is now part of the Fogarty Wine Group. Deep Woods Estate combines traditional winemaking philosophy with modern techniques, producing wines of prestige and provenance. The winery is recognized as arguably Australia’s best and most consistent producer of Chardonnay, Rosé, and Cabernet Sauvignon, and is the largest producer of Rosé in Western Australia. Their wines have won numerous accolades, including a Decanter Best in Show, the prestigious Jimmy Watson Trophy, and multiple trophies for their Reserve Chardonnay at major wine shows such as the Royal Hobart Wine Show, Margaret River Wine Show, and Royal Melbourne Wine Awards.
