Champagne Bollinger is a prestigious French Champagne house renowned for its rich, complex, and refined sparkling wines. Established in 1829 in Aÿ, France, by Hennequin de Villermont, Paul Renaudin, and Jacques Bollinger, the winery has remained family-owned, emphasizing tradition and quality. Bollinger's vineyards span approximately 179 hectares, with 85% classified as Grand or Premier Cru, predominantly cultivating Pinot Noir grapes.
