Bonny Doon Vineyards

Founded in 1983 by Randall Grahm, Bonny Doon Vineyard made its mark on the vinous world with its pioneering efforts with Rhône varieties. Grahm was one of California's original Rhône Rangers.

After years of ever-expanding production, Bonny Doon downsized to focus on creating unique and distinctive wines that are truly expressive of place. With a production of just 35,000 cases, we supplement our flagship Cigare family-Le Cigare Volant, Le Cigare Blanc, and Vin Gris de Cigare-with a small line of exquisite Club-only wines made from rare and remarkable varieties like Grenache Blanc, Nebbiolo, and Riesling.

Since adopting Biodynamic farming practices in 2004, Bonny Doon Vineyard wines evince a deeper sense of place, complexity, and varietal expression and a noticeable sense of organization. We aim to make the most soulful wines we can possibly muster-wines of vibrant vitality.
