Ashbrook Estate is a family-owned winery located in Wilyabrup, within the Margaret River wine region of Western Australia. Established by the Devitt family in 1975, the winery produced its first commercial wine in 1979. Currently, it is operated by Carol and Brian Devitt, their daughter Catherine Edwards, and son Richard. The estate spans 17 hectares, producing 150 to 170 tonnes of fruit annually, which equates to approximately 12,000 to 14,000 cases of wine. Ashbrook Estate is recognised for its commitment to quality, with all grapes handpicked and grown on-site, and all processing, winemaking, bottling, and packaging conducted using the estate's own state-of-the-art facilities.

The winery employs sustainable viticulture practices, including the use of the lyre trellising system to maximise flavour potential and the application of composted mulch to maintain vine health. Ashbrook Estate produces a range of wines, including Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Semillon, and Riesling. The winery has received accolades from Australia's pre-eminent wine authority, James Halliday, who awarded it a five-star rating, describing it as "one of the quietest and highest achievers in Australia, maintaining excellent viticulture and fastidious winemaking."
