Although it was the first and only Sav. Blanc I've tried to date, it was surprising good. I actually found myself enjoying the "white dryness" or acidity of this wine. It boardered on carbonation...which was nice. I would suggest this wine to anyone favoring a Sav. Blanc. New Zealand rocks!
